From March 15 to 16, 2024, the EuropeFides 2024 Annual General Meeting was successfully held in Marbella, the Costa del Sol of Spain. Ms. Juliet Zhou, the Managing Director of our Group, as a member of the EuropeFides Management Committee, was invited to attend this summit.

This AGM not only provided a platform for participants to exchange insights and collide ideas, but also brought new thinking and inspiration to the global business community. Participants unanimously expressed that this conference not only deepened their understanding of Andalusia, the global economic situation, and the development trends of Asia, but also provided valuable insights and assistance for future business practices. We look forward to the summit in Milan, Italy in October, which will focus on the development of the EU's ESG and jointly explore professional cooperation for corporate sustainability.

At the beginning of the formal discussion session, Elsa Ibañez Ferrer (bdp España) gave a brilliant presentation on the development of Andalusia. She analyzed in-depth the recent development dynamics of the Andalusia region, and how it faces challenges and seizes opportunities in the context of globalization, showcasing the unique business charm and development potential of the region.

Following that, Cesar Martin Civera brought an in-depth analysis of economic data. Through a series of detailed data and charts, he interpreted the current global economic situation in a clear and easy-to-understand way, providing valuable decision-making reference for participants.

In other sessions of the conference, members from various countries engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest developments and case studies of international business, exploring how companies can better expand into international markets and cope with the complex and changing business environment in the context of globalization.

Jean François Rycx elaborated on the new role of the BRICS countries in the global economic landscape from a fresh perspective. He emphasized the growing importance of the BRICS countries in the global economy, and how they have become new engines driving global economic growth.

Ms. Juliet Zhou, the Managing Director of our Group, gave a brilliant presentation on the current economic situation in Asia, especially the position and influence of China in the global economy, as well as China's innovative practices and successful experiences in areas such as economy, technology, and culture. In addition, she also shared information on mainland China's transformation towards green and sustainable development, as well as the latest developments in the ESG field in Hong Kong, China, which sparked lively discussions among European participants on future ESG development cooperation between China and Europe, as well as how professional institutions can carry out cross-continental compliance cooperation.

Finally, congratulations to Ms. Juliet Zhou on her appointment as the Vice President of EuropeFides.
