AicA – Beyond the Boundary, November 2012

In conjunction to the overall objective of promoting AicA, a conference will be held for Malaysian investors for the introduction of investment opportunities in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia and Mainland of China.

The conference aims to achieve the following goals:

• introducing AicA strategic alliance to Malaysian investors;
• providing a window to Malaysian SMEs for the extensions of their businesses using our AicA strategic alliance;
• providing a secure gateway for Malaysian SMEs in their overseas investment through our AicA strategic alliance;

Contributions to the conference includes, among the other issues, the following:

• Corporate governance
• M&A
• Government's policy to foreign investors
• Profit tax and salary tax issues on residents and non-residents
