Establishment of R and T (Shenzhen) Certified Tax Advisors Co. Ltd

Shenzhen Tax Service Administration, the Authority of Qianhai of the Shenzhen Municipality, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and the Taxation Research Centre of Macau signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Jointly Promoting the Development of Tax-related Professional Organizations and Persons from Hong Kong and Macao in Qianhai Cooperation Zone”.

In response to the above Agreement, on 28 September 2021, our group registered a Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macau joint venture taxation firm, R and T (Shenzhen) Certified Tax Advisors Co. Ltd, in Qianhai with Jiangmen Nanda Taxation Firm (Special General Partnership).

The acquisition of the Administrative Registration Certificate for Taxation Firm on 21 December 2021 marked a further expansion of our group's business in the Mainland, not only to provide quality professional tax services to clients in Qianhai and nationwide, but also to capitalize on Hong Kong's special advantages in the national development blueprint.
